Shipping policy

Shipping is available Australia wide- up to 30km from nearest CBD.
Customers purchasing from outside of 30km from the nearest CBD, please email hello@cultka.com to obtain delivery/freight rates.

All of CULTKA’s items are posted via a nominated courier service. We allocate two days per week for dispatching customer orders. We aim to send your order to you as soon as possible, however, please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive. 

Postage time frames can depend on your location, being it a regional or metro area. Postage time frames can also be impacted by public holidays and weekends. 

Some of our homewares are made to order, please read product description for availability. If you require your piece by a certain date, please contact us at hello@cultka.com for current stock availability.

DELIVERY ADDRESS 

To ensure cost effective shipping we are unable to send your order to an Australia Post Parcel Pick Up location and in some circumstances are unable to deliver to a PO Box address. Please ensure you provide a residential or commercial business address for delivery.

DELIVERY DAY 

If you will not be available to take delivery of your items on the date specified, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative delivery date. CULTKA will try to accommodate you as best as possible however, please be aware that a new delivery date needs to align with our couriers' availability and may result in a delivery delay. 

If our courier attempts to deliver your items at the specified address and no one is onsite to accept delivery, a re-delivery will be required for which a fee will be applied and please be aware that a new delivery date needs to align with our couriers' availability and may result in a delivery delay. 

FREIGHT & SHIPPING CHARGES

All freight and shipping charges are paid directly to a third party service and are non-refundable.

A standard fee is applied for delivery to metro areas within a 30 km radius of the CBD in the relevant state capital cities only. 

Rural areas (outside 30 km from the relevant states capital cities) will need to be evaluated individually, as these zones are classified as 'non metro'. An extra delivery fee may be applied for completion.

DELIVERY SERVICE 

All orders attribute standard delivery to ground floor only. This does not include bringing item/s into your premises and where access is an issue your item/s will be delivered to the closest threshold of your address.
