CULTKA FREE SHIPPING Promotion Terms & Conditions

By using the promotional discount of FREE SHIPPING you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Promotion:

Free shipping on all items, including in-stock, pre-order and custom-order. 

Promotional Period:

Free Shipping Promotion will run for 29 days in total, commencing 12:01am Friday 18th July 2024 to and finishing 4.00pm AEST 16th August 2024. Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for the promotional discount.

 

 

General Terms

• Pre-orders & custom-orders placed during the FREE SHIPPING Promotion may take up to November 2024 before they are delivered.
• In-stock orders can take up to 8 business days for dispatch. Delivery ETA will vary according to shipping location. 
• Estimate delivery timeframe will not be a reason for any refunds.
• There is no purchase limit on orders placed during this promotional period.
• Promotion discount is automatically applied at the check out.
• Free shipping discount is not applicable with other discount codes. Only one promotional discount can be applied at a time.  
• CULKTA will not be responsible for any technical difficulties, failure to purchase or promotional discount errors and no correspondence will be engaged in.

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
• Items purchased are not available for individual sale. 

FREIGHT & SHIPPING CHARGES

Free Shipping promotion is applied for delivery to metro areas within a 30 km radius of the CBD in the relevant state capital cities only. 

Rural areas (outside 30 km from the relevant states capital cities) will need to be evaluated individually, as these zones are classified as 'non metro'. An extra delivery fee may be applied for completion.

All of CULTKA’s items are posted via a nominated courier service, in which delivery dates are set at a specific timeframe determined by CULTKA, in agreement with the third party courier. 

CULTKA will try to accommodate you as best as possible, however if you will not be available to take delivery of your items on the date specified, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that a new delivery date needs to align with our couriers' availability, if a reschedule is required a delivery fee will be applied to proceed. 

If our courier attempts to deliver your items at the specified address and no one is onsite to accept your order, an extra delivery fee will also be applied to proceed with a new delivery attempt.
