HOW TO BUY FROM CULTKĀ
You can purchase CULTKĀ items online. You can also view selected pieces at the following locations:

VIEWING THE FURNITURE
You can view and test our furniture, on our showroom located at Burleigh Heads, QLD. We are available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. To book a visit, please click here. We look forwards to meeting you and assist on anything necessary.
We aim to have a representation of all collections in our showroom, however, we cannot guarantee all will be available for viewing. If you would like to view a certain item, please contact the showroom to check it is in stock.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Yes, certain items allow you to pre-order. You can purchase normally if available for pre-order. Lead time for delivery is 8-14 weeks. If you would like to request a currently sold-out item, please email hello@cultka.com.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND WARRANTIES
All items are quality checked before being dispatched for shipping. A second quality check is conducted in our Australian warehouse by the CULTKĀ team. When we are satisfied with both checks, your item is shipped.
No. Delivery is fulfilled by 3rd party couriers
All items come with a 12-month warranty that excludes general fair wear and tear. Any structural issues will be covered under your warranty, we will determine if it is best resolved via a repair or replacement. To lodge a warranty request please take clear photos of the damaged item and send with your proof of purchase to hello@cultka.com
Our designs are made in Shenzhen, in southeastern China.
Yes, we offer a fabric swatch service. You simply select the samples you would like to have sent to your address. You are only required to pay for shipping.
Yes, it will be much appreciated! Please contact us via hello@cultka.com and we will help this be arranged.
Yes. You can view our full range of fabric/colour in the showroom. This will also avoid postage delays and deposit requirements.
