CULTKA Flash Sale Promotion Terms & Conditions

By entering promotion code FLASHSALE you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Promotion:

20% discount on all items store wide, including pre-order, custom-order, in- stock items and gift cards. 

Promotional Period:

Flash Sale Promotion will run for 9 days in total, commencing 5pm Friday 20 December 2024 to and finishing 12.00am AEST 29 December 2024. Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for the promotional discount.

Custom Orders:

It is recommended with any customer order, you first purchase your fabric & colour samples to ensure your placing the correct order. Custom Orders placed during the promotional period, will be granted 1 (one) week to finalise their fabric and colour selection. Any changes made to the custom order may result in extra fees being applied. If fabric or colour selection incurs additional fees, the 20% discount will also apply to this price variation. Longer period might result in production delay and extra lead time for delivery. 

General Terms

• Orders placed during the Flash Promotion may take up to April 2025 before they are delivered.
• Estimate delivery timeframe will not be a reason for any refunds.
• There is no purchase limit on orders placed during this promotional period.
• Promotion code FLASHSALE must be applied at the check out to receive the promotional discount.
• Gift cards purchased during promotional period are not applicable to be utilized on items with the same promotional code. Gift cards are available with 20% discount to be applied on full price items or showroom sale only. 
• CULKTA will not be responsible for any technical difficulties, failure to purchase or promotional discount errors and no correspondence will be engaged in.
• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
• Items purchased are not available for individual sale.
